We went to San Antonio this past weekend. The river is nothing like I remember it.....
HA HA! Just kidding!!!!
This is our hotel. The Emily Morgan Hotel....13 steps from the Alamo. It was really cool. We heard when we were leaving that there is a ghost there....but we never saw her.
Pat ordered Lone Star....he was so proud!
People on the boat. I HATE the boat. We did not go on the boat.
Dick's.....always a good time....

Prickly Pear margarita....NOT as good as Santa Fe...
Kurt and Chicki got word that we were in San Antonio...so they loaded up and drove from Austin. It was really good to see them. We had lots of fun and laughed A LOT! And....let's just say that I was glad our hotel was within walking distance.

We were not feeling our best after the night with Kurt and Chicki....so we got some Mexican food at this place. BEST FOOD EVER! I got the chicken tortilla soup and it saved my life!
After lunch we did some shopping at the market center (or whatever it was called.) These guys were outside break dancing. They were really good!

We took this picture b/c it made us laugh. The sign reads: Please DO NOT try the sombreros unless purchasing. We laughed because they are so tiny! Even my head is not that small! (see Pat's hand for reference...
This is where Patrick and I ate Saturday night. It was soooo good. We got a table right on the river and enjoyed some tasty food. I got the big tails and little tails. Pat got the blackened prime rib. It was delicious!
I tried to get a pic of our hotel at night....didn't work out so well...
The Alamo with our hotel in the background....
We went to this cool museum thing that had a bunch of Texas Ranger stuff. (this item is not Texas Ranger, but I HAD to include it. It is over 3500 years old!!!)
Here is some of the Texas Ranger stuff. I took lots of pics, but I won't make you look at all of them. It was pretty cool, and Pat really liked it.
This gun scared me...
This place had like 5 museums in one. After the Texas Ranger stuff we went to see everything else. This is like an old west town, I guess....pretty cool.
